This Legal Notice governs the use of the website scored.es and the SCORED mobile application, owned by SCORED INTERNATIONAL LLC (hereinafter, the “Provider”).

Browsing the website confers the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access.

Conditions of use

The User undertakes to use the website in accordance with current legislation, this Legal Notice, generally accepted morals and public order. Use of the website for unlawful purposes, for purposes that are detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or for purposes that may damage the Provider's image is prohibited.

Intellectual & industrial property

All content on the website (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code) is the property of SCORED INTERNATIONAL LLC or, where applicable, of third parties who have authorised its use. This content is protected by the applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

The User acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, marketing, transformation and, in general, any other form of exploitation of such content is not permitted without the Provider's prior written authorisation.

Trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs are owned by SCORED INTERNATIONAL LLC. Their use without authorisation constitutes an infringement of industrial property rights.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Under no circumstances shall the Provider be liable for any loss or damage of any kind that may be caused by, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent this.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the Provider and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's domicile or, in the case of Users domiciled outside Spain, to the Courts and Tribunals closest to Tarragona (Spain).
